The Firm · PeoplePeople

The people who read the deal are the people who own it.

WRG is deliberately small at the top and deep in the back office. Principals underwrite, decide and hold. A named accounting and investor services team produces everything a partner or limited partner ever receives.

Conviction has names attached to it.

Every commitment WRG makes is signed by someone on this row. They originate the situation, underwrite it, structure it and live with it, often for a decade or more.

The team that produces the paperwork you rely on.

A long hold is judged on whether the numbers arrive correct and on time. These are the people who make that happen, and the people whose names appear on the file.

Accountability

Who does what, stated plainly.

Allocators ask five questions about any counterparty's organisation. Here are our answers before you have to ask them.

01
Who reads your situation
A principal, not an associate and not a screening committee. The person who gives you an early indication of interest is the person who will sit on the position afterward.
02
Who decides
Commitments are approved by the principals who own the outcome. There is no investment committee to satisfy and no external allocator to persuade.
03
Who produces the numbers
A named preparer with a named reviewer. Partners and lenders know both names at closing and keep them through the life of the position.
04
Who owns it afterward
The principal who committed the capital stays on the position. Asset management is not handed to a separate team once the wire clears.
05
Continuity
Second-generation ownership and a team measured in decades, not tenures. The counterparty you underwrite today is the one you will call in ten years.
Access

You will not be handed down a chain. Tell us which side of the platform is relevant and we will route you to a principal.
